On Monday 31st October, two Waiheke High School pupils: Ella Singh and Liam Glover, attended our Rotary meeting and gave a polished, professional presentation about their experiences at RYPEN last July in Kokako Lodge, Falls Road, Hunua, Auckland.
RYPEN (Rotary Youth Program of Enrichment) is a Youth Leadership program over a weekend long camp for Year 11 and Year 12 students, aimed at developing young people’s potential through a mixture of lectures and adventure-based learning.
Ella and Liam took turns pointing out the highlights for them with a graphic presentation of photos and ended by thanking Rotary for providing this opportunity for them.
